Hyatt Place Lexington

We had a great experience here. Excellent customer service. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! The pool area was pristine and had plenty of towels. The location is perfect! We look forward to staying again someday!

Nice rooms, the only problem i had was my room was on the interstate side of the hotel. I live in the country so it's always quiet at home. Not used to the noise. Other than that nice place

Not new but not out dared yet either. Not bad for 2 or 3 nights

All looks great until you get to the rooms. They are a bit worn out. Tub is rusty with spots of mildew. There are unknown stains on walls and it's just outdated. I always get questioned about my reservation because the reward card is in my husband's name though the Hyatt card has my name on it. It is off-putting being questioned every time.

Great stay! I was here twice in 2 weeks to meet family and both times the staff were excellent and so was the breakfast. It felt great having a nice breakfast ready to go that I had nothing to do with.

Charity, at the front desk was amazingly hospitable. She took care of all my needs perfectly! She checked me in very quickly. I sat at the bar and watched her interact with people from all age groups, and everyone was very pleased with her, as was I. Room was very clean, and nicely put together. Very good night of rest. Glad I spent my night at Hyatt.

Fast and friendly check in. Folks are always nice and helpful. Rooms are clean, neat and nice.

This hotel was great. Friendly staff and very nice clean room and spacious pool. I did knock a few points off due to we needed a manager in order to access the pool, our room cards don’t work with the pool due to their stitct no guest of guest policy, which seemed strange for $120 a night not being able to invite my little nephew for a swim with us.
